Jewish Kids Hub ("JKH," "we," "us") creates Torah-based educational and entertainment content for children, including Kids Kan Akomplish, Nach Heroes, Halachos for Kids, our Magazine, and the Moshiach audio series. This policy explains what information our website collects and how we use it.

A note for parents: Our content is made for children, and we designed this site to collect as little personal information as possible. Where a child wants to comment, sign up, or send a message, we ask that a parent or guardian help with that step.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Contact form messages — your name, email address, and message content, so we can reply to you.
Magazine sign-ups — your name and email address, so we can send new issues and updates.
Comments — a name and comment text you choose to submit on episodes or articles.
Account information — for registered members, this includes your name and email, and, if you choose to add them, basic details about your children (name, age, Hebrew birthday) so they can answer questions on our content.
Basic analytics — general, non-identifying information about page visits, such as which pages are viewed, to help us understand what content families find useful.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children, and we do not require a child's name or contact details to watch, read, or listen to our content.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information you provide to third parties. We do not use information collected here for advertising.

Where information is stored

Site data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Access to administrative areas of the site is restricted to authorized Jewish Kids Hub staff.

Cookies

Our site may use basic cookies or similar local storage to remember simple preferences (like whether you're signed in). We don't use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from magazine emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by contacting us directly.
You can ask us to delete a comment or message you've submitted by contacting us.
You can remove a child's profile at any time from your account page.
Parents or guardians can contact us at any time to ask what information, if any, we hold about their child, and to request it be removed.

Children's privacy

We take extra care because our audience includes children. We don't intentionally collect personal information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement, and we encourage families to be involved whenever a form is being filled out on our site.

We may update this policy from time to time as our site grows. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
